Very efficient and good communicator. With full time work and many commitments, Nigel made it easy to organise the contracts, was happy to communicate by email/text/phone, and he was very efficient and fast with getting the property to the market. So easy to deal with.The whole process was made easy with there great staff and timely updates.Our 2 months extension out of contract while waiting for our new build was seamless and simple taking some of the stress out of waiting for our new house build.Our property manager Ashlee Packard was amazing throughout our 2 + year lease so genuinely caring and thoughtful to all our needs and requests.Overall Excellent service.I highly recommend this company and property manager.Thank you
