3.Competition Entry

1. Follow the Ross Realty Facebook page.
2. Take a photo with some Ross Realty branding such as signboards, billboards, wrapped cars, shop front or bus stops.
3. Post photo on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #rossrealtygiveaway
4. Photos must be high quality and clearly display the Ross Realty branding – get creative!
5. All entries must be G rated and comply with Facebook and Instagrams terms and conditions.
6. Entrants may enter once only.
7. Entry eligibility is restricted to West Australian residents only.
8. There is no age restriction for this competition.
9. Previous major prize winners of Ross Realty giveaways will not be eligible to enter.
10. Staff are not eligible to enter the competition.

4.Winner selection

1. The prize winner will be the finalist with the most votes by close of the voting period
2. Ross Realty’s decision for the competition is final and correspondence wil not be entered into.
3. Prize is to be collected from the Ross Realty office located at 2/141 Russell St, Morley during business hours only. Winners will be asked to confirm ID to collect prizes.
4. Winners will be requested to share a photo collecting or using the prize for use on Ross Realty social media.
5. Winners name will be shared on social media.
