1. Competition Period

a) The giveaway opens at 8:30am AWST on Tuesday, 24 March 2026, and closes at 5:00pm AWST on Tuesday, 31st of March 2026.

b) The winner will be announced on the Ross Realty WA Facebook page on Friday, 1st April 2026, and contacted directly via Facebook Messenger.

2. Prize Details

Prize: One (1) gift voucher valued at \$300 for battle karts in Malaga.

3. Eligibility & Entry Criteria

a) To enter, participants must:

Follow the Ross Realty Facebook page
Find the egg on the Ross Realty website
Click on the easter egg to access the entry page and submit your entry

b) Entry is open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.

c) Employees of Ross Realty WA and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

a) The winner will be selected by a panel vote of Ross Realty WA staff. Originality and creativity are encouraged and may be considered during judging.

b) Judging will be completed and announced by 5:00pm on Wednesday, 1 April 2026. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

c) The winner will be announced publicly on Facebook and contacted privately via Facebook Messenger (where possible).

d) The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. General Terms

a) Ross Realty WA reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms & Conditions.

b) If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, Ross Realty WA reserves the right to redraw a winner.

c) Ross Realty WA is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect entry submission or prize delivery.

d) Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Tegan has been my partner I’s property manager for quite a few years and has supported us between a few different properties! Tegan has always approached us with genuine kindness and care.
