Ross Realty Halloween Colouring Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Ross Realty WA.
2. Competition period
The competition closes at 5pm on Wednesday, 28th October, 2026.
3. Eligibility
- The competition is open to children aged 12 years and under who reside in Western Australia.
- Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.
- Employees of Ross Realty and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per child is permitted.
4. How to enter
To enter, participants must:
- Download the official Ross Realty Halloween colouring sheet from the Ross Realty website or collect from our office.
- Have the child complete the colouring sheet.
- Return the completed colouring sheet to the Ross Realty office at 2/141 Russell St, Morley during normal business hours.
- Provide the child’s name, age and a parent/guardian’s contact details when submitting the entry.
Entries must be original work by the child entering the competition.
5. Age categories
Two colouring sheets are available:
The entrant must complete the colouring sheet appropriate to their age group.
6. First 10 LEGO prizes
The first 10 eligible completed colouring sheets received by Ross Realty will each receive one LEGO Halloween Skeleton set.
The first 10 prizes will be awarded in the order that eligible entries are received.
There is a maximum of one LEGO Skeleton prize per child.
7. Major prize
One winner will receive a LEGO Halloween Pumpkin Lantern (Set 40872, 323 pieces), valued at $49.99.
The major prize will be awarded to the entry that, in the opinion of the Ross Realty judging panel, demonstrates the most creativity, effort and Halloween spirit.
8. Judging
Judging will take place on Thursday, 29th October, 2026 at the Ross Realty office.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging decision.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided with their entry. If Ross Realty is unable to contact the winner within 7 days, Ross Realty reserves the right to select another winning entry.
9. Prize conditions
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The LEGO prizes are subject to availability. If a prize becomes unavailable, Ross Realty reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
10. Collection of prizes
Prizes must be collected from the Ross Realty office at 2/141 Russell St, Morley by a parent or legal guardian.
Ross Realty will not deliver prizes.
11. Photography and publicity
By entering the competition, the parent or legal guardian consents to Ross Realty photographing the winning artwork and/or prize presentation and using the child’s first name, artwork and photographs for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the competition and Ross Realty, including on Ross Realty’s website and social media channels.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of the competition will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting entrants and awarding prizes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Ross Realty’s Privacy Policy.
13. Facebook/Instagram
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
14. General
Ross Realty reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that Ross Realty reasonably considers to be inappropriate, incomplete or not the original work of the child entering the competition.
Ross Realty reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
