First Class... I highly recommend Chris Carbery from Ross Realty. Chris is extremely professional, experienced, and has a proven track record of achieving great results. He has an excellent knowledge of local housing prices and the surrounding areas, which gives you a lot of confidence when buying or selling a property. What really stood out to me was how down-to-earth and approachable Chris is. He makes the whole process easy and stress-free, and you feel very comfortable dealing with him from start to finish. In my opinion, Chris is a number-one sales representative who genuinely knows his business and knows how to get results.Professional, experienced, knowledgeable and easy to deal with — I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris Carbery to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Ms Jordie Francis is a valuable and high‑performing asset to RossRealty. Her professionalism, empathy, responsiveness, and commitment toher clients are exemplary and consistently exceed expected standards.I wish to emphasise how profoundly grateful I am for the support she hasprovided. After experiencing significant stress and a complete loss oftrust with my previous property group, a high end agency in Subiaco who "promise" to look after your property is just a fascade , do not fall for it. You are a dollar figure only to them My property was not manged well, i had to repair it from the damage it was a nightmare and i wish i had only found Ross Realty earlier and a wonderful manager like Jordie.I believe i would not have been in the situation i was.The company in Subiaco is at all how much you pay them for nothing and i lost money in unpaid rent nor did they hold them selves accountable for not delivering the services they said and protecting my property.I HONESTLY did not believe I would ever again believe or trust anyone with my property. That is until a friend who has 3 properties advised me to go to Ross Realty in Morley where i met Jordie.I could not have ever believed that i would find the right people and especially have Jordie as my manger would ever happen.feel confident in a property manager again. Jordie changed that. Through her consistency, care, and reliability, she has restored my trust, reduced my stress, and given me confidence in the management of my property. I feel so relieved and greatful to them for showing me that there are people who care and your not just a dollar figure for them each month and that they have your best interest at heart which means a lot. Please people if you have had an experience like mine or want to avoid it , read my review it will save you and change you and you can be 100% sure that your property is in the right hands.People like Jordie are hard to come by these days, i have been in real estate for over 10 years , and I have never seen someone work so hard to ensure my property is well looked after and I am respected as a person not a number. Her efforts have had a genuine personal impact on me, far beyond routine service delivery. I am sincerely thankful for everything she has done, and I believe she deserves formal recognition for the exceptional standard of work she delivers and the meaningful difference she has made.I usually do not write reviews but I had to after my experience and how Jordie gave me hope that i am and my property in good hands.Thank you so much Jordie , there are no words I can write to express my gratitude.

Outstanding Service & Support for a First-Time Landlord. We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ross Realty. As first-time landlords, we had a lot of questions and were unsure about the whole process, but the team made everything feel so easy and stress-free.A special mention to Tegan, who has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and always made us feel like we were in good hands.Bailey, our leasing agent, has also been fantastic. has been professional, responsive and so helpful throughout the leasing process, keeping us informed and making what could have been a daunting experience feel incredibly straightforward. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through our first experience as landlords. The level of communication, professionalism and genuine care has been outstanding.

**Highly recommend Paul Ross – professional, patient and always available! We were very happy with Paul Ross from Ross Realty throughout the sale of our home in Bayswater. Paul was always contactable, respectful and understanding when arranging home opens, taking into consideration both our tenants and prospective buyers.Selling the property involved three separate owners, which added some complexity and required Paul to communicate with and obtain information and confirmation from all three of us. He handled this extremely patiently and professionally. We valued Paul’s advice and guidance throughout the process. His recommendations and the options he presented were clear, practical and, in our view, accurate in what was a changing local market. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paul Ross to anyone looking for a professional, patient and trustworthy real estate agent.

After months of relentlessly viewing and applying for rental properties, naturally you begin to feel defeated and exhausted. Just as we were beginning to lose all hope, we finally received the news we had been praying for... our application was successful! From the beginning Bailey & Jordie were absolutely incredible in ensuring that our transition in to our new home went smoothly. They have been fantastic in their communication, extremely efficient in getting everything sorted for our new home and have been tremendously supportive, patient and understanding. The last thing you want to do is to continue to worry and stress about your new home after months of having to go through the vigorous and brutal journey of inspecting and applying for rentals during a really tough economy. To the Team at Ross Realty and especially to Bailey and Jordie (Our Property Manager) we would like to Thank you for your hard work and effort in helping families like us. We feel so fortunate and blessed 🙏 Absolutely 5 stars!

Very efficient and good communicator. With full time work and many commitments, Nigel made it easy to organise the contracts, was happy to communicate by email/text/phone, and he was very efficient and fast with getting the property to the market. Working with Nigel was clear and straightforward, as a first time seller he made it easy for me to understand what was required from me and what I needed to do to have the best chance of success.

Melanie Piel has managed my properties for years, consistently going above and beyond. She’s reliable, communicates even after hours, and removes any element of stress. She is professional and personable. When I recently decided to sell, she introduced me to Nigel Ross. Nigel took a different approach than I originally intended - and he over‑delivered on the result, making the process seamless. Highly recommend both Melanie and Nigel.

Nigel recently arranged the sale of a property we had in Dianella. At all times Nigel corresponded well and kept us in the loop about what was happening right up to the final settlement. He also got us a 10% uplift on the advertised sale price. If you are thinking of selling in the Noranda, Morley and Dianella areas, we highly recommend Ross Realty and Nigel. They have a very good knowledge of these suburbs.

More than ‘happy’ to recommend Chris and would deal once again anytime !! Chris was a straight shooter from the out set and was easy to deal with through the whole process of selling my home !? He went the extra mile in the end and we managed to get the price I asked for !?If I had to sell again Chris would be my first choice as an agent and am ‘more’ than happy to recommend his services to all who still put a value on ‘great’ customer service !!

From my initial enquiry through to the tenants moving in, the entire team at ROSS REALTY demonstrated exceptional professionalism and reliability. Throughout the process, they maintained a friendly, approachable, and transparent line of communication, always taking the time to respond to my many questions with patience and clarity. They managed every aspect of the process seamlessly—from the initial property appraisal and arranging electrical checks and certification, to coordinating home opens, conducting thorough tenant screenings, and providing detailed reports. They also took care of all the ongoing administrative matters, including payments such as water, strata, and council rates, which made the experience completely stress-free. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and remarkably straightforward—almost feeling “too easy.” I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ROSS REALTY to anyone looking to rent out or sell their property. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service truly set them apart.
