He really knows the Noranda area, having live there, and surrounding areas for a considerable time. His knowledge base, and access to potential buyers’ agents, added another dimension to his credentials. From marketing to sale was around 4 days, and the property was sold after 30 minutes of being open for the first time. In all regards this exceeded our expectations.
