Communication was always professional but with a warm personal touch that made us feel respected and cared for as tenants. He really knows the Noranda area, having live there, and surrounding areas for a considerable time. From marketing to sale was around 4 days, and the property was sold after 30 minutes of being open for the first time. In all regards this exceeded our expectations.
