Melanie Piel is a fantastic property manager! Ross Realty and the team helped me smoothly transition away from my old property management company, and the process was much easier than I thought.I was constantly kept up to date on issues and Melanie had also assisted to chase Strata Administration.Big thanks also to Nigel Ross for his fast efforts in finding a buyer off market.All round I found Ross Realty to consistently be one of the best property managers and real estate agents everGreatly appreciate all that the team has done for me 😊👍

Pleasantly surprised . Just wanted to share my experience with Ross Realty....I must say my expectations where exceeded with the service I received from the team.I was a seamless experience from first contact to finding the perfect tenant. Nigel was great through the quick sale of our property, didn't even need to advertise it so there were no advertising costs. Melanie Piel was our property manager before we sold and I would recommend Mel to anyone who needs an honest, diligent property manager that has your best interests at heart. In my 3 years renting through Ross Realty I experienced quick and effortless attention to my needs from my property manager Ashlee Packard. Communication was always professional but with a warm personal touch that made us feel respected and cared for as tenants. I have been renting for many years and Ross Realty was by far the least stressful agency to deal with. Not only did they make our time at our rental easy and pleasant but they assisted in finding us a new rental when our lease expired. Would 10/10 recommend this agency to anyone looking to make a house their home. Thanks so much guys!

Nigel Ross is a true professional with great communication skills & extensive market knowledge .Nigel was very responsive to my initial enquiry and to setting up an appointment to view the property we were selling. He proved to be very knowledgeable with the local market and was very upfront with the commission and marketing fees we could expect to pay. As it happened, Nigel had a buyer for our property and it was sold very quickly without being listed and saving us the relevant fees! Nigel kept us up to date every step of the way and made the process very easy. We were very happy with Nigel's negotiation skills & the price achieved for our property.
