And we weren’t disappointed. Right from our very first meeting, he explained the best strategy to market the house and achieve the best possible outcome. He really knows the Noranda area, having live there, and surrounding areas for a considerable time. His knowledge base, and access to potential buyers’ agents, added another dimension to his credentials. From marketing to sale was around 4 days, and the property was sold after 30 minutes of being open for the first time. In all regards this exceeded our expectations.
