Nigel was great through the quick sale of our property, didn't even need to advertise it so there were no advertising costs. Melanie Piel was our property manager before we sold and I would recommend Mel to anyone who needs an honest, diligent property manager that has your best interests at heart. I would definately use Mel again she is awesome.

In my 3 years renting through Ross Realty I experienced quick and effortless attention to my needs from my property manager Ashlee Packard. Communication was always professional but with a warm personal touch that made us feel respected and cared for as tenants. I have been renting for many years and Ross Realty was by far the least stressful agency to deal with. Not only did they make our time at our rental easy and pleasant but they assisted in finding us a new rental when our lease expired. Would 10/10 recommend this agency to anyone looking to make a house their home. Thanks so much guys!

Nigel Ross is a true professional with great communication skills & extensive market knowledge .Nigel was very responsive to my initial enquiry and to setting up an appointment to view the property we were selling. He proved to be very knowledgeable with the local market and was very upfront with the commission and marketing fees we could expect to pay. As it happened, Nigel had a buyer for our property and it was sold very quickly without being listed and saving us the relevant fees! Nigel Ross from Ross Realty was exceptional when marketing and selling our property. We had no hesitation appointing Nigel Ross from Ross Realty to market and sell our house in Noranda. And we weren’t disappointed. Right from our very first meeting, he explained the best strategy to market the house and achieve the best possible outcome. He really knows the Noranda area, having live there, and surrounding areas for a considerable time. His knowledge base, and access to potential buyers’ agents, added another dimension to his credentials. From marketing to sale was around 4 days, and the property was sold after 30 minutes of being open for the first time. In all regards this exceeded our expectations. Nigel’s after sale follow up was also very much appreciated, keeping us informed every step of the way.
