1. Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by Ross Realty WA.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period
The giveaway opens on the date of posting and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Tuesday, 5 May 2026.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

· Like the giveaway post

· Tag a mother or motherly figure in the comments

· Share the post to their story or feed (must be public at time of draw)

Follow the Ross Realty official Facebook and Instagram accounts

Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these conditions will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize
The prize consists of:

· One (1) 3-course set menu lunch for two people at Sandalford Restaurant in Caversham.

· Booking is for Mother’s Day, Sunday 10 May 2026 at 12:00pm

· Total prize value: AUD $292 (drinks not included)

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

· The winner will be selected at random on Wednesday, 6^th May 2026

· The winner will be announced via the Ross Realty Facebook page and contacted via direct message

· If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner

7. Prize Conditions

· The booking date and time are fixed and cannot be changed

· Any additional purchases (including beverages) are at the winner’s expense

· The winner and their guest are responsible for their own transport to and from the venue

8. General Terms

· Ross Realty WA reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms & Conditions.

· Ross Realty WA is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect entry submission or prize delivery.

· Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

I found Chris to always answer calls or at least get back to me his knowledge was impressive of the area. He was spot on how to market the unit to get the right buyer into it. Tegan has been my partner I’s property manager for quite a few years and has supported us between a few different properties! Tegan has always approached us with genuine kindness and care. She is always so responsive to our queries, requests and always picks up our phone calls as soon as she can with the intention of helping us as absolutely best as she can. The little things also make a difference, like addressing us by name when answering our phone calls and showingus she has taken time to save our contact numbers.
