TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotion Period
This promotion is available for eligible new property management clients who appoint Ross Realty WA between 1 September and 31 December 2026.

New Business Only
The promotion is available to new property management business only. The property must not currently be managed by Ross Realty WA.

Discount
Eligible clients will receive 10% off the standard ongoing property management fee for the months of November and December 2026.

Eligibility
To qualify, the property management agreement must be signed and the property formally appointed to Ross Realty WA during the promotional period.

Exclusions
The discount does not apply to:

Leasing or letting fees

Advertising and marketing costs

Routine inspection fees

Maintenance or repair costs

Administration or other third-party charges

Any other fees or charges outside the standard ongoing property management fee.

Multiple Properties
The promotion applies to each eligible property appointed during the promotional period.

Existing Clients
Existing Ross Realty WA property management clients are not eligible for this promotion when transferring or adding properties already managed by Ross Realty WA.

Changes to Promotion
Ross Realty WA reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

General
This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used in conjunction with any other property management fee discount or promotion.
