Honest and trustworthy . Chris was honest with me from the get go told me exactly what needed to be done to maximise my profit on the unit and get the most money. I found Chris to always answer calls or at least get back to me his knowledge was impressive of the area. He was spot on how to market the unit to get the right buyer into it. Tegan has been my partner I’s property manager for quite a few years and has supported us between a few different properties! Tegan has always approached us with genuine kindness and care. She is always so responsive to our queries, requests and always picks up our phone calls as soon as she can with the intention of helping us as absolutely best as she can. The little things also make a difference, like addressing us by name when answering our phone calls and showingus she has taken time to save our contact numbers. Tegan has really reshaped our experiences with property managers and Ross’s approach in general has been such a delight to deal with.
