After experiencing significant stress and a complete loss oftrust with my previous property group, a high end agency in Subiaco who "promise" to look after your property is just a fascade , do not fall for it. You are a dollar figure only to them My property was not manged well, i had to repair it from the damage it was a nightmare and i wish i had only found Ross Realty earlier and a wonderful manager like Jordie.I believe i would not have been in the situation i was.The company in Subiaco is at all how much you pay them for nothing and i lost money in unpaid rent nor did they hold them selves accountable for not delivering the services they said and protecting my property.I HONESTLY did not believe I would ever again believe or trust anyone with my property.That is until a friend who has 3 properties advised me to go to Ross Realty in Morley where i met Jordie.I could not have ever believed that i would find the right people and especially have Jordie as my manger would ever happen.feel confident in a property manager again. Jordie changed that. Through her consistency, care, and reliability, she has restored my trust, reduced my stress, and given me confidence in the management of my property. I feel so relieved and greatful to them for showing me that there are people who care and your not just a dollar figure for them each month and that they have your best interest at heart which means a lot.Please people if you have had an experience like mine or want to avoid it , read my review it will save you and change you and you can be 100% sure that your property is in the right hands.People like Jordie are hard to come by these days, i have been in real estate for over 10 years , and I have never seen someone work so hard to ensure my property is well looked after and I am respected as a person not a number.Her efforts have had a genuine personal impact on me, far beyond routine service delivery. I am sincerely thankful for everything she has done,and I believe she deserves formal recognition for the exceptional standard of work she delivers and the meaningful difference she has made.I usually do not write reviews but I had to after my experience and how Jordie gave me hope that i am and my property in good hands.Thank you so much Jordie , there are no words I can write to express my gratitude.

Outstanding Service & Support for a First-Time Landlord. We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ross Realty. After months of relentlessly viewing and applying for rental properties, naturally you begin to feel defeated and exhausted. Just as we were beginning to lose all hope, we finally received the news we had been praying for... our application was successful!From the beginning Bailey & Jordie were absolutely incredible in ensuring that our transition in to our new home went smoothly. They have been fantastic in their communication, extremely efficient in getting everything sorted for our new home and have been tremendously supportive, patient and understanding. Very efficient and good communicator.
