Nigel was great through the quick sale of our property, didn't even need to advertise it so there were no advertising costs. In my 3 years renting through Ross Realty I experienced quick and effortless attention to my needs from my property manager Ashlee Packard. Communication was always professional but with a warm personal touch that made us feel respected and cared for as tenants. I have been renting for many years and Ross Realty was by far the least stressful agency to deal with. Not only did they make our time at our rental easy and pleasant but they assisted in finding us a new rental when our lease expired. Nigel Ross is a true professional with great communication skills & extensive market knowledge .Nigel was very responsive to my initial enquiry and to setting up an appointment to view the property we were selling.
