Paul was always contactable, respectful and understanding when arranging home opens, taking into consideration both our tenants and prospective buyers.Selling the property involved three separate owners, which added some complexity and required Paul to communicate with and obtain information and confirmation from all three of us. After months of relentlessly viewing and applying for rental properties, naturally you begin to feel defeated and exhausted. Just as we were beginning to lose all hope, we finally received the news we had been praying for... our application was successful!From the beginning Bailey & Jordie were absolutely incredible in ensuring that our transition in to our new home went smoothly. They have been fantastic in their communication, extremely efficient in getting everything sorted for our new home and have been tremendously supportive, patient and understanding.
