Pleasantly surprised . Just wanted to share my experience with Ross Realty....I must say my expectations where exceeded with the service I received from the team.I was a seamless experience from first contact to finding the perfect tenant. We’ve had a fantastic experience with Ross Realty, in particular our property manager, Willow. Having dealt with several different realtors in the past, we can confidently say that Willow is the best property manager we’ve worked with. She is professional, and responsive. Willow is very understanding and never hesitates to help us out as tenants, which makes a huge difference. Communication has always been clear and timely, and any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. She makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Tegan has been my partner I’s property manager for quite a few years and has supported us between a few different properties! Tegan has always approached us with genuine kindness and care. She is always so responsive to our queries, requests and always picks up our phone calls as soon as she can with the intention of helping us as absolutely best as she can. The little things also make a difference, like addressing us by name when answering our phone calls and showingus she has taken time to save our contact numbers. Tegan has really reshaped our experiences with property managers and Ross’s approach in general has been such a delight to deal with. We are greatly saddened that Tegan will be moving on from supporting us as our property manager but we know she will do an amazing job and will continue to support every she works with!
