Easy property sale transaction from start to finish.From start to finish, with the sale of my property, I could not fault Hakim.He always followed my requests, and was never pushy or rushed me at all.He got the price I wanted for my property in under 1 week ! 6 stars for Joe !Had tried to sell my home a few times over last 10 years but to no avail. It was an unusual home and needed a different approach. Joe did a relaunch with new approach with photos , plans and 6 week plan . It was targeted and home was sold after 5 weeks .Joe is an excellent communicator and constantly kept me up to date via text or phone calls . Nothing was ever too hard and always done with humor right through to settlement.He also has great insight into the Dianella area and was able to advise on market trends from a national perspective .Definitely recommend to list with Joe if you are looking at selling.

Great Buying Experience from A Buyer Based OverseasJoe was super helpful and responsive in helping me with this buying transaction, given that I was based overseas. He had good follow through with a couple of minor items to get fixed before settlement. Finally, he was so patient and helpful with my elderly aunt who will be residing in the property, helping to make her move in easy. Highly recommended.

Joe was very helpful all throughout the sale process. Joe provided good advice to us how to prepare and present the house for sale without incurring large expense. Joe also provided us with realistic guidance on the sale price and how best to achieve it. Our house went on the market online on a Wednesday and we had a sale price agreed with the buyer 1 week later. Joe kept us well informed throughout the process and we would highly recommend Joe to anyone selling their house.

Totally professional whilst being a very caring personNigel is very experienced in the Morley area, is very easy to talk to and is very quick to respond to SMS etc. We had lived in the house for 44 years and were suffering from some separation anxiety, as well as being totally professional about the sale Nigel showed himself to be a very caring person. Nigel found us a buyer within two days of the house going on the market and when that buyer had finance problems he found us another buyer also within two days.
