Down to earth and efficient. Nigel took a relaxed approach and made us feel comfortable and confident in his knowledge of the area, current market conditions, as well as his ability to negotiate the best possible deal for us.We feel like his communication with potential buyers maximised the initial offer, right through to the final offer we received. Nigel definitely went above and beyond to get our sale across the line and at a price that was beyond what we expected. From hitting the market to sale contract signed in 5 days we couldn't be happier! We can't fault Nigel's service and would recommend him to anyone selling in and around the Morley area.

My investment property is managed by Ross Realty and Emma Marinelli has been an amazing property manager. She went above and beyond to help with contacts and arranging certain trades during some cosmetic renovations. Emma is always upfront with any issues, is a great problem solver and has a can do attitude. Highly recommended!

I found Paul to be very professional. He took the time to explain the different techniques we could use to market the property. Pleasantly surprised . Nigel was great through the quick sale of our property, didn't even need to advertise it so there were no advertising costs. Melanie Piel was our property manager before we sold and I would recommend Mel to anyone who needs an honest, diligent property manager that has your best interests at heart. In my 3 years renting through Ross Realty I experienced quick and effortless attention to my needs from my property manager Ashlee Packard. Communication was always professional but with a warm personal touch that made us feel respected and cared for as tenants. I have been renting for many years and Ross Realty was by far the least stressful agency to deal with. Not only did they make our time at our rental easy and pleasant but they assisted in finding us a new rental when our lease expired. Would 10/10 recommend this agency to anyone looking to make a house their home. Thanks so much guys!

Nigel Ross is a true professional with great communication skills & extensive market knowledge .Nigel was very responsive to my initial enquiry and to setting up an appointment to view the property we were selling. He proved to be very knowledgeable with the local market and was very upfront with the commission and marketing fees we could expect to pay. As it happened, Nigel had a buyer for our property and it was sold very quickly without being listed and saving us the relevant fees! Nigel kept us up to date every step of the way and made the process very easy. We were very happy with Nigel's negotiation skills & the price achieved for our property.
