Melanie Piel is a fantastic property manager! Pleasantly surprised . Nigel was great through the quick sale of our property, didn't even need to advertise it so there were no advertising costs. Melanie Piel was our property manager before we sold and I would recommend Mel to anyone who needs an honest, diligent property manager that has your best interests at heart. In my 3 years renting through Ross Realty I experienced quick and effortless attention to my needs from my property manager Ashlee Packard. Communication was always professional but with a warm personal touch that made us feel respected and cared for as tenants. I have been renting for many years and Ross Realty was by far the least stressful agency to deal with. Not only did they make our time at our rental easy and pleasant but they assisted in finding us a new rental when our lease expired. Nigel Ross is a true professional with great communication skills & extensive market knowledge .Nigel was very responsive to my initial enquiry and to setting up an appointment to view the property we were selling. He proved to be very knowledgeable with the local market and was very upfront with the commission and marketing fees we could expect to pay.
